Green tea has been poured, shared, and honoured in China for over 5,000 years. More than a drink, it has long been seen as a gift of clarity and balance — a daily ritual to steady both body and mind. Our Green Dragon Blend, also known as Green Tea Aqualia, carries this tradition forward with a refreshing harmony of Sencha and Lung Ching leaves, lifted by nettle, horsetail, pineapple, orange peel, and blueberry.

Folklore tells of scholars sipping green tea to awaken focus for poetry, while warriors drank it to steady their spirit. Modern voices still praise its gentle energy and antioxidant richness. Nettle and horsetail bring whispers of the earth’s minerals, long valued for vitality and resilience. Fruits of pineapple, orange, and blueberry add a bright note of sweetness, offering vitamin-rich nourishment and reminding us that wellbeing can be joyful as well as grounding.

To brew, add 2–3 grams per 200ml of water at 70–80°C and allow to steep for 3–4 minutes. The result is a cup that is crisp yet soothing — earthy herbs balanced with a light fruit finish. Enjoy it warm in the stillness of morning or chilled in the heat of the afternoon.
