Rooibos, the “red bush” of South Africa, has been gathered for centuries as a caffeine-free gift of balance and ease. Folklore tells of it being brewed in clay pots over open fires, sipped for strength and calm under the stars. Today, it is loved for its gentle sweetness and mineral-rich depth. Lavender carries its timeless association with rest and peace, while apple and orange bring freshness to soften the earthy rooibos.

To brew, steep 2–3 grams in 200ml of freshly boiled water at 95°C for 4–5 minutes. The flavour is smooth, lightly sweet, and fragrant with lavender. Enjoy it as a bedtime ritual, or in the quiet of the afternoon when your body and mind ask for stillness.
