Shipping Policy
At Rise & Sage, we work with our trusted fulfilment partner Ancient Wisdom, based in Sheffield, UK, to bring your sacred pieces safely from their hands to yours. Each parcel is packed with care and intention before it begins its journey — prepared and dispatched directly from the heart of Sheffield.
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Processing & Delivery Times
Every order is lovingly prepared and processed before dispatch.
Processing time: typically 2–4 working days, though this may extend slightly during busy periods or seasonal surges.
Delivery time: please allow 3–10 working days after dispatch for your order to arrive.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please note, we do not currently offer next-day delivery, as each order passes through a careful handling process between our studio and Ancient Wisdom’s fulfilment team.

Delivery via Yodel usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Orders shipped via APC are booked on an overnight courier service, but please allow up to 10 working days in total to account for handling and processing time.

Packaging
Your items will arrive carefully packed by Ancient Wisdom in Sheffield, using their own trusted packaging and materials.
It may not come wrapped in ribbons or tissue, but it’s always secure, well-protected, and designed to keep your order safe on its journey.
Think of it as a parcel with purpose — Sheffield practicality, infused with a little Rise & Sage magic.
Additional Information
We currently do not ship internationally outside of the UK, England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses at this time.
Some products (such as essential oils and sprays) are classed as restricted goods and can only travel by road — these may take a little longer to arrive.
