Rise & Sage is a UK-based online store offering curated wellbeing and lifestyle products. We work with trusted third-party suppliers who fulfil and ship orders directly to our customers. Please note that items may arrive in separate parcels.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not mean the order has been accepted—it confirms that we have received your request. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

Product unavailability

Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity

Errors in pricing or product details

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded in full.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product details, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, size, or packaging may occur due to screen display or supplier updates. We are not responsible for typographical errors or changes made by the supplier.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes range from 2–7 business days, depending on product and location. During peak times or unforeseen delays (such as courier disruption), delivery may take longer.
